Maybe you have been luckier – you have seen the advert on my car – or my services have ben recommended to you by a satisfied client – or indeed seen my references. It is also posibility to connect directly with me at some business or networking event.

My Working hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can contact me at any time in those hours – but please bear in mind that I might not always to be able to take your call. I could be involved in meetings or working on a sensitive assignment with a client. I would also ask you to respect my privacy.

I make it a priority to service my long term clients and I will always endeavour to complete my assignemts within 24 hours when possible.

You can easily see the benefits of using my services. I am not a smoth tongued ingratiating and negative person. I have a positive attitude and outlook and I take this attitude to all of my working assignments – even those that are not the most attractive. I honour my commitments. I will not let you down and if for some reason, I am having a difficulty in fulfilling your needs I will tell you directly – not make some silly excuses.

When it is necessart to have a very busy working day I am well capable of working 20 hours in the day.

Feedback from my clients is highly important for me and fundamental aspect of my work. It is vitally important for me to know and understand the needs of my clients and to receive their positive feedback as well as any negative or critical comments.

My business runs on the basis of a consistency of service, very strict secrecy and total loyalty to my clients requests and wishes. I am a firm beliver in creating the all important space between my clinet’s private and working life. I never impact on your private life and keep my distance from your private and personal affairs. I expect the same.

  • Take care of all of your visiting guests guest/ visitors, arranging for flight tickets, accommodation and cultural schedule, etc….

These services are not provided just by me. I have created a team of people. People whom I can fully rely upon. All of my external fellow workers have a written contract with my agency and they operate full under the trade name of JSV International. I am in full charge and control of their work and take full responsibility for their actions.

My personal service is that of PA/Business assistant. I am highly educated and skilled. But I am not skilled in every profession. That is why I have a team of skilled people. People who are specialists in their business fields with international experience. My team concentrate all of their power, energy and resources with just one common goal – to ensure that you are totally satisfied with the services that we provide you. I empower my team to work on your behalf.

IV. How to order my services

  • Send me an email with all of your requirements. I will endeavour to respond back to you within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry
  • Telephone contact – it is direct contact where you are communicating directly with me. If I do not reply to your phone call right now, please be patient, mayby I am concentrating on some work, but I will be for sure be back to you ass soon as possible for me.
  • I communicate and speak fluently English, and basic French language.
  • Send me a short SMS message
  • Skype – please make a contact at anytime during 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. – it is possible make an arrangement of web / camera interview, but please set up in advance.

V. Set up personal meeting

We will discuss all of the details, claims, proposals and commentary regarding your assigned tasks. All of your options, problem solving advice, and treatment with authorities on behalf of your name or that of your business.

I can set up a personal face to face meeting with you at any convenient time during the working day – whether that is in Prage, the Czech Republic or anywhere in Europe.

VI. Payment for my services

If you are a regular client, I will invoice you at the end of each month. If it is a specific once off project, I will either invoice you when the project is completed or in accordance with agreed stage payments.

If I have some additional expenses, for example, household expenditure, I will invoice you separately for immediate payment.
