  1. ARRANGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION
    • Arrange meetings: Meeting rooms, business venue, technical equipment, National and International conference halls, social event arrangement, preparation of workshop agenda and seminars…
    • Liaising (with): Complete authority, Executives, attorneys, accountants, suppliers and other staff. Warrant of Attorney on behalf of clients. In the case of foreigners, acting on their behalf, by using my name on his or her behalf. Deputising for the client, making decision and delegation of work in the client’s absence.
  2. OFFICE RESPONISBILITIES / MANAGEMENT
    • Office work: Screening telephone calls, handling daily post; enquires & requests and handling them when appropriate; meeting and greeting visitors of all levels of seniority; organizing and maintaining diaries and arranging appointments; dealing with incoming email, faxes and entire post; maintain correspondence in client’s name; acting in client’s behalf; taking dictation and minutes; taking notes at meetings and conferences; maintain a record of meetings, staff training; supervision of your staff; organizing and attending meetings and ensuring my client is properly prepared,
    • Maintaining office system: Including data management, filing, recruit staff for your business, gather data, summarization of reports, collect input, investigations; Make an interview, press release for media and others; regular & ad hoc reporting, being involved in the decision making process. Invoicing and ordering.
    • Additional office services: Organizing company events, teambuilding, gifts, advertising items, catering services, photographer service, plumber and wire–man if necessary, cleaning women, waiters staff for party, hostess, arranging private events, etc…
  3. BUSINESS TRAVEL
    • Arrangement INCOMING business travel: Reserve flight tickets, transportation from the airport and in the city, rent a car, hotel accommodation, apartment rental, restaurant recommendation and reservation, time management of your leisure, Tickets for social and sport event, personal shopping service, city guide services, sightseeing.
    • Arrangement OUTCOMING business travel: Assist during business travel, arrange flight tickets, travel accounting, Travel arrangement and organization – Visa letter, attendance at Embassy, Invitation letters, vacation arrangement, Local and National feasts, guide.
  4. DOCUMENTS
    • Printing: Printing documents, coloured scanning, fax
    • Official documents: Creating documents ( employment contract, renting contract, training contract, Warrant of Attorney, Labor – legal form, etc.), Personal documents – arrange, Official documents – due business, travel, family, marriage, etc.
    • Text transcription
    • Producing documents: brief papers, reports and presentations, carry out background research and presenting findings, investigation, Document registration of administrative papers, cost finding, real estate records.
