FEES:

• Stamp duty at the Trade license office: 1000,–czk

NON – EU CITIZENS

Business visa on the basis of TRADE LICENCE

FEES:

• Stamp duty at the Trade license office: 1000,–czk
• Application at the Czech consulate: 2500,–czk
• Criminal record: An applicant from the country, which doesn’t have Criminal Record Register, has to provide a sworn statement signed at a notary office for the fee up to 3000,–czk
• Stamp duty for the registration at the Commercial Court: 6000,–czk

FEES:

• Formation Documents – from a notary office (notářský zápis): 6000,–czk
• Extract of Commercial Court (výpis z obchodního rejstříku: 100,–czk
• Extract of Trade license Register (výpis z živnostenského rejstříku): 100,–czk
• Lawyer fees: 15000–20.000,–czk
• Trade license fees: 1000,–czk
• Commercial Court fees: 6000,–czk
